Insurance
Dental Insurance differs from Medical Insurance. Patients may not be familiar with their dental insurance benefits. Benefits are determined by the employer's agreement with the insurance carrier. Review the insurance benefit booklet provided by your employer for better understanding. Patient payment for procedures varies based on employer coverage.
An insurance coverage estimate will be given during treatment, but it's not guaranteed. We file insurance claims as a courtesy, but your financial obligation remains. If the insurance payment differs from the estimate, you'll be billed or credited accordingly. Feel free to ask about our financial policies or financing options before treatment.

Cancelation Policy
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancelation charge.
